Based on new research we have now updated our most popular spelling log exercise books, 'My Very Own Book of Words',
to versions 3 & 4. Version 3 will have a cursive font for the pre-printed words (the Jarman cursive font), and version 4 will use the same 'broken cursive' (Sassoon Primary) font used previously in versions 1 & 2. Versions 1 and 2 will remain available until existing stocks have been exhausted. The new versions will feature updated literacy exercises based on the national literacy strategy, new handwriting lines to aid the formation of letters and neat writing skills based on extensive research with primary school children, the 200 Dolch list key words and 95 Dolch nouns pre-printed in each book, and information on phonemes and graphemes.
